could you come and inspect a brick and stone planter box that has opened up at 3 sections to be rectified at Collaroy in a Strata block?
it has plants in it so the soil and plants need to be removed as well and replanted if possible.
If plants cannot be saved then the quote needs to have allowances to replace with same.
